The text of Iran's Leader's decree is as follows:
"In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,
Brigadier General Seyyed Majid Mousavi, in light of the honorable martyrdom of Major General Amir Ali Hajizadeh by the wicked Zionist regime, and based on the recommendation of the IRGC Commander-in-Chief, as well as your valuable qualifications and experience, I am appointing you as the commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force.
It is expected that you will enhance our comprehensive capabilities and increase the readiness of our missile and drone sectors. Additionally, I urge you to establish a strong presence in space and to foster the piety and insight of your personnel, working towards a force that aligns with the ideals of the Islamic Revolution.
